30-Day Return Window

Jewelry, including jade, generally qualifies for a 30-day no-reason return guarantee. You can return the item within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied.

  • Item Condition Requirements: The item must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and the certificate of authenticity. Missing these documents may result in a rejected return.
  • Free Returns: Jewelry items sold or dispatched by us typically qualify for free returns. Items from third-party sellers also offer free returns at least for fashion items, including jewelry.

Important Exception: Customized Items

Customized jade jewelry is generally not returnable. Items that are configured, personalized, or inscribed—such as engravings, stamps, or monograms—are classified as non-returnable because they cannot be reused or resold.

However, a customized item may be accepted for return only if:

  • There is a misspelling or error in the engraving that was not the customer’s fault.
  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item is materially different from what was ordered.
